Partners in Care (PIC) are delighted with the success of our conference focussing on ‘Quality Matters’ which was held at The Lighthouse, Poole, Dorset on Thursday 29th June 2017

We would like to thank you all for attending and for your positive feedback.

The conference brought together 170 people from local businesses who provide social care for vulnerable people in this area which aims to better improve the quality of care provision and life experience.

The day also included a care focused exhibition area and workshops for delegates, showcasing innovative developments and best practice. All material from the workshops will be available as soon as possible to download and access.

Speakers were: Sharon Allen the CEO of Skills for Care and Nicky Nendick the Head of Inspection at Adult Social Care CQC.

We were also pleased to have Mark Ormrod, the UK’s first triple amputee to survive the Afghanistan conflict as our keynote speaker.
