Since 2016 Partners in Care have been facilitating a network for newly appointed managers, or those who are aspiring to move into this role in the near future. This group supports managers in the earliest stage of their journey into management, and ensures they have a good foundation to build upon at this exciting, but often daunting, time in their career.
The group is chaired by an experienced Registered Manager, and supported by a member of the Partners in Care team. We will also be joined by our Skills for Care Locality Manager, and a guest speaker who will help us at this autumn meeting we will be focussing on Managers Induction Standard 9 & 11: Manage Self & Entrepreneurial Skills and Innovation.
