The ‘Hubs provide support to Managers across Dorset and regular attendees say that they are an extremely useful way of keeping up to date. This saves valuable time in researching the constant changes, keeps them informed about training initiatives, opportunities and funding. The ‘Hubs have evolved in to a Registered Managers Network chaired by a local Registered Manager, and we are also usually joined by the Locality Manager from Skills for Care to hear about their work and how you can become involved in this.
During this next round of meetings we will be joined by colleagues from the Quality Assurance Team – Nursing & Quality ( which is part of Dorset CCG) to discuss the potential development of provider forums and how best these can support you , your team and the service you deliver now and going forwards.
